Title: Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs | |
Abstract:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) amends its regulations related to the Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA). The revisions would clarify and update these regulations to conform to changes in law or policy that control the administration of CHAMPVA, and would include details concerning the administration of CHAMPVA that are not reflected in current regulations. The revisions would also expand covered services to include certain preventive services and would reduce cost share amounts and deductible for certain covered services. |
