Abstract:

Staff is preparing an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPRM) briefing package for Commission consideration concerning fire hazards associated with recreational off-highway vehicles (ROVs), utility terrain vehicles / utility task vehicles (UTVs), and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), as well as debris-penetration hazards association with ROVs and UTVs.  The staff briefing package is scheduled to go to the Commission in Spring 2021.
