Title: Uniform Rules of Practice and Procedure
Abstract:

The OCC, Board, FDIC, and NCUA, (the Agencies) will seek comment on amendments to the Uniform Rules of Practice and Procedure applicable to adjudicatory proceedings before the Office of Financial Institution Adjudication (OFIA). The existing regulations have not been updated in nearly 25 years. The goal of the rulemaking is to update the regulations to conform with current practice and technology.  The FDIC also seeks comments on revisions and additions to its General Rules of Procedure, which will update and modernize administrative proceedings rules related to discovery practices and disclosure of expert witness testimony.
