Title: Outside Employment Activities for FMCS Employees 
Abstract:

We propose to create and clarify processes and procedures for FMCS employees regarding outside employment activities. FMCS will, with the Office of Government Ethics’ approval, publish these regulations and build internal training and review programs around these regulations. The new guidance for employees will be based on the Ethics in Government Act and Mediator Code of Conduct
