Abstract:
On July 16, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) soliciting public comment on a proposed Rule related to Made in USA and other unqualified U.S.-origin claims on product labels. 85 FR 43162 (July 16, 2020). The public comment period closed on September 14, 2020. Staff submitted a recommendation to the Commission and anticipates Commission action by May 2021. |
