Title: Federal Management Regulation; FMR Case 2016-102-5; Design and Construction  
Abstract:

The General Services Administration is proposing to amend the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to update the regulatory policies regarding design and construction by Federal agencies. This FMR Case will update the list of governing authorities, eliminate unnecessary language that duplicates authority sources, and clarify wording throughout part 102-76 to improve readability.
