Title: Revision of Joint FOIA Regulations
Abstract:

The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) proposes to revise 45 CFR part 1100, which contains the NEA's joint Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) regulations with the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), and the Federal Council on the Arts and the Humanities (FCAH). The proposed revision will remove any reference to the NEH, IMLS, and FCAH from the joint regulations, leaving only the NEA. The NEA will propose its own FOIA regulations through a separate regulatory action. Upon finalizing NEA FOIA regulations, NEA will propose to rescind the joint FOIA regulations through a separate regulatory action.
