Title: Receipts-Based Small Business Size Standards [NRC-2014-0264] 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would amend the NRC's regulations to revise the agency's small business size standards.  Previously, the NRC developed a small business size standard that is specific to the nuclear industry and does not depend on the Small Business Administration's size standard.  This rulemaking would amend the size standards that the NRC uses to qualify an NRC licensee as a "small entity" under the Regulatory Flexibility Act of 1980, as amended to align with the Small Business Administration's size standard.
