Abstract:
This rulemaking would amend the NRC's regulations to add a new part to the existing regulatory framework that would be specific to nuclear fuel reprocessing facilities. These requirements would provide an effective, transparent, and efficient approach to licensing and regulating a reprocessing facility. The scope of this rulemaking would affect the applicants for nuclear reprocessing facilities. |
