Title: Payday Disclosure Rule | |
Abstract:
In 2020, the Bureau began research that focused on providing information to consumers about the costs associated with payday loans. The goal of this research was to identify possible ways the Bureau may be able to improve consumer understanding and aid consumer decision-making around payday loans through rulemaking or other actions. The Bureau is no longer pursuing this rulemaking in light of its other rulemaking priorities. |
