Title: Personnel Investigations 
Abstract:

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is proposing to revise its regulations governing personnel investigations to address requirements governing the use of a polygraph for employment screening of applicants and appointees. The proposed rule change will put into regulation policies that were formerly prescribed in the Federal Personnel Manual, now abolished, chapter 736, section 2-6, titled Use of the Polygraph in Personnel Investigations.
