Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement section 863 of the National Defense Authorization Acts (NDAA) for FY 2016 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) implementing regulations requiring public notification of an agency’s determination to substantially bundle or consolidate contract requirements.
