Abstract:

The purpose of this FAR case is to implement section 1811 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (15 U.S.C. 644(l)(9)(A)), as implemented by the Small Business Administration's final rule published November 29, 2019 (84 FR 65647). 15 U.S.C. 644(l)(9)(A) allows procurement center representatives to review solicitations without regard to whether the contract or order is set aside for small business, or reserved in the case of a multiple-award contract, or whether the solicitation would result in a bundled or consolidated contract or order.
