Title: Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Dry Pea and Dry Beans Crop Provisions 
Abstract:

This rule amended the Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Dry Pea Crop Provisions and Dry Bean Crop Provisions to allow for additional unit divisions by type.  This change allows producers to be indemnified separately by type.  The benefit for producers is that a gain on one of the types will not be offset by the loss on another type.  Additional editorial changes and clarifications will be made throughout the regulation.
