Title: Implementation of the Multi-Family Housing U.S. Citizenship Requirements 
Abstract:

RHS plans to publish a proposed rule that would harmonize RHS's requirements with those currently established by HUD. In addition, RHS will examine existing citizenship requirements in regards to accessing benefits under the Rural Development's Multi-Family Housing (MFH) direct loans and grants.
