Title: Amend the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances for October 2019 National Organic Standards Board Recommendations (Crops and Handling) (AMS-NOP-19-0102) 
Abstract:

This action would change the National List of Allowed and Prohibited Substances (National List) based on recommendations from the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) at their October 2019 meeting. The National List is a list of substances that are allowed or prohibited in organic farming, handling and processing.
