Title: Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP): Civil Rights Update to the Federal-State Agreement 
Abstract:

This rule will update civil rights assurance language contained in the Federal-State Agreement (FSA) for the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. The FSA is found at 7 CFR 272.2, State Plan of Operations, under subsection (b)(1). The rule does not contain any new requirements and will codify protections already required by Federal law and existing policy.
