Abstract:

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO or Office) amends the rules of practice to eliminate the fee for status change from agent to attorney, codify the process for verifying continuing eligibility for recognition of reciprocally recognized foreign trademark agents, and eliminate a typographical error.
