Title: ●Revision to the Manual of Regulations and Procedures for Federal Radio Frequency Management 
Abstract:

NTIA authorizes the U.S. Government’s use of radio frequency (RF) spectrum pursuant to authority delegated in section 103(b)(2) of the NTIA Organization Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 902(b)(2).  Since 1965, NTIA and its predecessor organizations have used the NTIA Manual as the compilation of policies and procedures that govern the federal agencies’ use of spectrum.  Applying only to Federal agencies, the Manual’s provisions and changes do not impact the rights or obligations of the general public or any industry segment.  NTIA will publish in the Federal Register revisions to the NTIA Manual which will be incorporated by reference in part 300 of title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
