Title: Military Court Fees | |
Abstract:
This action removes an Army rule concerned with military court fees that was last revised on October 25, 1961 (26 FR 9989). The rule content is internal, and it applies to court reports and interpreters appointed under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 28 (10 U.S.C. 828), and witnesses both in Government employ and not in Government employ when subpoenaed to appear in court. The rule addresses allowable expenses for reporters, witnesses, and other fees related to the servicing of subpoenas, taking of depositions, interpreters, furnishing copies of official documents, and attendance at civil courts. |
