Title: Professional Conduct of Attorneys Practicing Under the Cognizance and Supervision of the Judge Advocate General | |
Abstract:
This action will amend a Department of the Navy rule concerning professional conduct of attorneys practicing under the cognizance and supervision of the Judge Advocate General, to remove internal content and update existing general information about the professional responsibility requirements of attorneys practicing under the cognizance and supervision of the Judge Advocate General. The update will contain complaint processing procedures for public awareness. |
