Title: General Claims Regulations 
Abstract:

This action revises the rule concerning general claims last updated on September 19, 2007 (72 FR 53417), to update and consolidate Department of the Navy (DON) regulations concerning General Claims Regulations, and the processes and procedures to be used for filing specific claims against and in favor of the DON.  This revision will delete unnecessary provisions and provide clearer guidance to the public.
