Title: Postaward Debriefings (DFARS Case 2018-D009) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement section 818 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018. Section 818 requires amendment of the DFARS to provide enhanced post award debriefing rights for certain DoD contracts and task orders or delivery orders that exceed $10 million.
