Title: Cost or Pricing Data Reporting Requirements (DFARS Case 2021-D007) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 814 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. Section 814 updates requirements for requiring cost or pricing data and certification for a change or modification to a contract by removing prior effective dates and thresholds. Section 814 also updates requirements for cost or pricing data and certification for subcontracts and for a change or modification to a subcontract by removing prior effective dates and thresholds.
