Abstract:
This exemption rule proposes to allow the Marine Corps to collect and maintain records regarding military justice administration and documentation of courts martial, misconduct, promotion, and victim’s legal counsel cases under a single consolidated system of records. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records. |
