Title: Privacy Exemption Rule: Mobilization Deployment Management Information System (MDMIS), DOD 0003 
Abstract:

This rule will exempt the Mobilization Deployment Management Information System (MDMIS) system of records from certain provision of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records.
