Abstract:

By publishing this rule, the Department of Defense is proposing to implement Privacy Act Exemptions to the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Criminal Incident Reporting System (DCIRS) System of Records. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records.
