Title: Privacy Exemption Rule for Military Personnel and Pay Data System (DoD 000X)  
Abstract:

The rule proposes to exempt the Military Personnel and Pay Data System from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records.
