Title: ●Oil and Gas and Sulphur Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf-Adjustment of Service Fees 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would amend BSEE’s oil and gas regulations to update the cost recovery service fees that cover BSEE’s cost of processing and filing certain documents relating to its oil and gas program. The rule would also amend 250.126 to provide clarification on the payment of cost recovery service fees and the acceptable payment methods.
