Title: ●Civil Penalty Inflation Adjustment for Fiscal Year 2022
Abstract: This final rule will adjust the level of civil monetary penalties contained in BSEE regulations pursuant to the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015, and Office of Management and Budget guidance. The civil penalty inflation adjustment accounts for one year of inflation from October 2021 to October 2022.
