Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Tidewater Goby
Abstract:

This proposed rule would reassess the listing status of the tidewater goby (Eucyclogobius newberryi), which is currently listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act. The revised proposed determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication.  Based on the reassessment, FWS may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless FWS determines no change in its status is warranted.  The tidewater goby is found in California.
