Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Wright's Marsh Thistle 
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to list the Wright's marsh thistle (Cirsium wrightii) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. The Wright's marsh thistle is found in New Mexico.  The FWS will also make a final determination on the proposal to designate critical habitat for the species. If FWS finalizes this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act’s protections to this species as described in the proposed rule.
