Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Chapin Mesa Milkvetch  
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to list the Chapin Mesa milkvetch (Astragalus schmolliae) as a threatened species and to designate critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act. This plant species is found in Colorado. If FWS finalizes this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act’s protections to this species as described in the proposed rule.
