Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for Big Creek Crayfish and St. Francis River Crayfish and Designations of Critical Habitat
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to list Big Creek crayfish (Faxonius peruncus) and St. Francis River crayfish (Faxonius quadruncus) as threatened species under the Endangered Species Act with critical habitat and 4(d) rules. These crayfishes are found in Missouri. If FWS finalizes this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act’s protections to these species as described in the proposed rule.
