Abstract:
This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to reclassify the red-cockaded woodpecker (Picoides borealis) from an endangered to a threatened species. Concurrently, FWS will make a determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. The red-cockaded woodpecker is found in AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, OK, SC, TX, and VA. |
