Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Critical Habitat Designation for the Florida Bonneted Bat
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to designate critical habitat for the Florida bonneted bat (Eumops floridanus) under the Endangered Species Act. Approximately 598,261 hectares (1,478,333 acres) in portions of 10 Florida counties fall within the boundaries of the proposed critical habitat designation. If FWS finalizes this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act’s protections to this species' critical habitat as described in the proposed rule.
