Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Virgin Islands Tree Boa From Endangered To Threatened With a Section 4(d) Rule 
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to reclassify the Virgin Islands tree boa (Chilabothrus granti) from an endangered to a threatened species. Concurrently, FWS will make a determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. The Virgin Islands tree boa is a snake found in the Virgin Islands.
