Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Nelson's Checker-mallow  
Abstract:

This proposed rule would reassess the listing status of Nelson’s checker-mallow (Sidalcea nelsoniana), which is listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. The status determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on the assessment, FWS may propose to delist the species, unless FWS determines no change in its status is warranted. The Nelson’s checker-mallow is a plant found in Oregon and Washington.
