Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status for Streaked Horned Lark With Section 4(d) Rule | |
Abstract:
This final rule will make a determination on our proposal to list the streaked horned lark (Eremophila alpestris strigata) as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act with a section 4(d) rule. The streaked horned lark is a bird species from Washington and Oregon. If FWS finalizes this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act’s protections to this species as described in the proposed rule. |
