Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Designation for the Foothill Yellow-legged Frog
Abstract:

This proposed rule would make a listing determination for the foothill yellow-legged frog (Rana boylii) under the Endangered Species Act. This frog is found in California and Oregon. FWS would also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
