Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination With 4(d) Rule for the Pyramid Pigtoe and Critical Habitat Designation
Abstract:

This final rule will make a determination on the proposal to list the pyramid pigtoe (Pleurobema rubrum) as a threatened species with a rule issued under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. If FWS finalizes this rule as proposed, it would extend the Act’s protections to this species as described in the proposed rule. This mussel is found in the central United States, from Ohio south to Louisiana.
