Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Wood Stork
Abstract:

This proposed rule would reassess the listing status of the wood stork (Mycteria americana), a bird listed as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. The status determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on the assessment, FWS may propose to delist the species, unless FWS determines no change in status is warranted. The wood stork is found in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina.
