Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Relict Darter | |
Abstract:
This proposed rule would reassess the listing status of the relict darter (Etheostoma chienense), a fish listed as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act. The status determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on the assessment, FWS may propose to downlist or delist the species, unless we determine no change in status is warranted. The relict darter is found in Kentucky. |
