Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for Texas Kangaroo Rat 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would make a listing determination for the Texas kangaroo rat (Dipodomys elator) under the Endangered Species Act. This rodent is found in Texas. The FWS would also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
