Title: ●Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for the Little Brown Bat
Abstract:

This rule proposes a listing determination for the little brown bat (Myotis lucifugus) under the Endangered Species Act. The FWS is conducting a discretionary status review for the little brown bat.  This bat is found throughout much of the United States and parts of Canada.  The FWS will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
