Title: Leasing of Osage Reservation Lands for Oil and Gas Mining 
Abstract:

This proposed rule would revise the regulations in 25 CFR part 226 because they are outdated; do not reflect current oil and gas operations within the Osage Mineral Estate or the industry at large; and are inconsistent with Departmental regulations governing oil and gas exploration and development throughout the rest of Indian country.
