Title: Updates to American Indian Probate Regulations 
Abstract:
This final rule makes changes related to efficiency and streamlining of processes, ensures that the Department meets its trust obligations to probate Indian Estates, and helps achieve the American Indian Probate Reform Act of 2004 (AIPRA)/statutory goal of reducing fractionalization of trust property interests.
