Title: ●Impact Aid Program | |
Abstract:
The Department plans to make technical corrections to its Impact Aid regulations to reflect changes to the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESEA). The technical corrections would fix citations, typographical errors, cross-references, and update the regulations to match the statutory numbering changes. For example, current 34 CFR 222.3 refers to sections 8002 and 8003 of ESEA. We will correct this to refer to sections 7002 and 7003 of ESEA. |
