Title: Factors of Financial Responsibility 
Abstract:

The Secretary plans to amend regulations on institution and program eligibility under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA), including regulations associated with the standards of financial responsibility an institution must maintain in order to be eligible to participate in programs under Title IV of the HEA.
