Title: Public Aircraft Operations Eligible for Logging Time | |
Abstract:
The rulemaking would amend the regulations for logging flight time to expand the public aircraft operations during which a pilot may accrue flight time. The rulemaking also would revise the operating rules for certain aircraft holding special airworthiness certificates to permit owners to receive and provide compensation for flight training in their aircraft when no compensation is provided for the use of the aircraft itself. |
